Capital Improvement Projects:
Woodlawn Street and Fountain Street Separations 

The Woodlawn Street separation project involves the separation of inlets from the combined sewer system and installation of a new dedicated storm sewer system that will discharge into the existing 60” storm pipe located on Chartiers Avenue, within the Borough of Crafton limits. Approximately 27 acres will be removed from the combined system. All work will occur within the Borough right of way and does not require any permits from outside agencies or other Municipalities.    The Fountain Street separation project involves the separation of inlets from the combined sewer system and installation of a new dedicated storm sewer system that will discharge into the existing 60” storm pipe located on Chartiers Avenue, within the Borough of Crafton limits. Approximately 13 acres will be removed from the combined system. All work will occur within the Borough right of way and does not require any permits from outside agencies or other Municipalities.
